01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dk888 ("dk888", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the dk888 online gaming platform available at dk888.vu and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and, if unresolved, permanent account closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full dk888 platform you must create a registered account via the dk888 Login page. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, a password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

You may hold only one active account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, dk888 will close all but the earliest-registered account and may forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

dk888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk888 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your dk888 account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or, as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure, by any third party — is your sole responsibility. dk888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dk888 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast / 1LINK instant bank transfer. dk888 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. dk888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions processed within normal operating parameters. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Deposits typically credited within 60 seconds; withdrawals processed same-day.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Deposits credited within one business hour during banking hours; withdrawals within one business day.
• Raast / 1LINK: Subject to standard interbank transfer processing times.

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit as an anti-money-laundering (AML) control measure. Where the original method is unavailable, dk888 may request alternative verification documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable across all dk888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before becoming withdrawable as real money.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirement applicable to the specific promotion.

07 Gaming Rules

All games available on the dk888 platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as displayed within the platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to gameplay outcomes and these Terms apply to all other matters.

All dk888 casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by human croupiers on camera. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all certified games.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world events. 10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk888 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works based on any dk888 content without prior written consent from dk888.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the dk888 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

dk888's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the dk888 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dk888 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and dk888 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under dk888's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the dk888 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through dk888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. dk888 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a full response within ten (10) business days.
